Main responsibilities include operating machinery in accordance with safety protocols, performing quality checks to ensure products meet required standards, and reporting any detected faults. You will also participate in basic maintenance and cleaning of the work area, as well as packaging finished products for distribution. All tasks are performed collaboratively, with strong communication to achieve shared objectives. This is a temporary, part-time contract with possible shift work. Prior experience in factory environments is valued but not mandatory. What matters most is your ability to collaborate effectively, follow instructions, be punctual, and take responsibility. We seek individuals eager to learn and quickly adapt to various tasks. Familiarity with occupational safety or machinery operation is also appreciated. Previous experience in production or manufacturing environments (valued but not essential). Ability to work collaboratively and follow precise instructions. Positive attitude, responsibility, and punctuality. Availability to work rotating or fixed shifts. Basic knowledge of occupational safety and machinery operation (valued). Certification in occupational risk prevention (desirable). Capacity for rapid learning and adaptation to new tasks.
