**Industrial Maintenance Technician** **Calconut S.L.**, a company in full expansion and transformation within the almond and dried fruit sector, is hiring an **Industrial Maintenance Technician** for its main plant located in Mutxamel (Alicante). You will join a modern, dynamic, and technologically advanced industrial environment where process optimization and continuous improvement are key to sustaining our growth pace. **The Challenge** Ensure maximum operationality and efficiency of the plant’s industrial machinery and facilities by leading both preventive maintenance and agile resolution of mechanical and electrical incidents to minimize production impact. **Responsibilities** * **End\-to\-end maintenance:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on heavy machinery and plant facilities. * **Fault resolution:** Identify, diagnose, and resolve incidents (primarily mechanical and electrical) on industrial equipment effectively. * **Technical interventions:** Replace and commission motors, pumps, gearboxes, conveyor belts, electrical panels, and other critical components. * **Safety and OSH culture:** Ensure all tasks comply with quality and safety regulations. Propose and implement improvements to reduce machine-related risks. * **Control and recordkeeping:** Accurately document all interventions (diagnoses, parts used, adjustments) to keep equipment technical histories up to date. * **Reporting and coordination:** Inform the plant manager about repair status and coordinate with production to schedule technical shutdowns. * **Workshop excellence:** Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety in the work area after each intervention. **Required Profile** * Vocational Training (Intermediate or Advanced Level) in Electromechanical Maintenance, Industrial Mechatronics, or similar. * Proven experience in industrial plant maintenance (food industry experience highly valued). * Solid knowledge of industrial mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electricity. * Ability to interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics. * Proactive profile with strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure during breakdowns. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Personal vehicle to commute to the workplace in Mutxamel. **This process is not for you if** We aim to be transparent with you and ensure this position aligns with your expectations and professional stage. * **You seek a purely theoretical or office-based role:** This is a production plant.
