Join a team that champions innovation, efficiency, and people’s well-being. #### **Introduction** As part of Crisnova Vidrio’s Procurement Department and reporting to the Head of Procurement, the selected candidate will be responsible for carrying out all procurement tasks, ensuring their proper execution. #### **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * Ensure an effective procurement process for purchased goods. * Identify options and alternatives in the market for items included in the procurement categories under management. * Process investment orders from the plant that comply with requirements defined in current procedures, rejecting those that do not meet such requirements. * Monitor delivery timelines for plant orders and support the handling of related claims, if any. * Collaborate, when required, in Intrastat filing for all orders generated by and for the plant. * Support monthly raw material closing activities. * Strictly adhere to applicable Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygiene standards for the role and, generally, across the entire plant (common areas, access points, etc.). * Strictly comply with safety and occupational health instructions governing the performance of duties and tasks, while respecting the environment. * Ensure cleanliness and order at the workstation, and promptly notify the direct supervisor of any anomalies and/or non-compliances detected. * Contribute to any responsibilities within the area/department that effectively fulfill the mission of the position. #### **Key Requirements** * Vocational Training Level 2 / Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Administration and Finance, Sales Management, Procurement, or Transport and Logistics. * 1 year of experience in similar roles, preferably within a Procurement Department. #### **What We Offer** * The opportunity to join a stable, future-oriented project committed to sustainable glass packaging. * Temporary employment contract. * Split working hours, Monday through Friday. * Additional benefits: Healthy Company Program, private medical insurance, etc. * An inclusive and collaborative work environment grounded in our commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equality. #### **Next Steps** Click "Apply" and submit your updated CV for this job opportunity.
