Position Summary: We are seeking a methodical and proactive Logistics and Warehouse Administrator to coordinate the flow of documents and information among the operational team, carriers, and sales department. Key Responsibilities: 1. Document management for delivery notes, invoices, and transport waybills. 2. Stock control and inventory management using an ERP system. 3. Customer and logistics agency support and coordination. Job Description We are looking for a methodical, proactive, and well-organized **Logistics and Warehouse Administrator**. You will coordinate the flow of documents and information that ensures our warehouse operates flawlessly, acting as a bridge between the operational team, carriers, and the sales department. Your Main Responsibilities * **Document management:** Issuing and tracking delivery notes, invoices, picking orders, and transport waybills. * **Stock control:** Recording goods receipts and dispatches in the ERP system, conducting periodic inventory counts, and identifying discrepancies. * **Support and coordination:** Communicating with logistics agencies, carriers, and customers to track shipments and resolve incidents. * **Occasional warehouse support:** Although this role is primarily administrative, occasional assistance—such as visual inspection of incoming goods or labeling during peak workload periods—will be valued. Minimum Requirements * **Experience:** Minimum of \[1 \- 2] years in a similar role (logistics, distribution, or warehouse management). * **Digital tools:** Proficiency in office software (advanced Excel) and prior experience with ERP systems (SAP, Navision, Sage, AS400, or similar). * **Competencies:** Ability to work under pressure, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. * **Residence:** Must reside in the Alicante area.
