We offer an indefinite 40-hour contract, with rotating shifts and two days off per week. **YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Maintain the store’s image by ensuring merchandising, product organization, and visual elements meet company standards and align with customer profile. * Optimize sales and profitability by analyzing collections, managing stock, prioritizing product actions, and adjusting product exposure to maximize commercial results. * Manage and develop the team through training, guidance, feedback, and talent identification to support their professional growth. * Coordinate restocking and inventory management, ensuring all sizes are available and the store remains organized throughout the day. * Maintain effective communication with the team, Store Managers, VM Managers, and Product Departments to align merchandising actions and share market trends. **ABOUT YOU** * Experience as a VM or Assistant Manager in the women’s/kids’ lines—or other lines—will be valued. * Residence in A CORUÑA or willingness to relocate. * Studies in Visual Merchandising, styling, or window display will be valued. * Results-oriented. * Customer-oriented. * Initiative and innovation. * Collaboration, teamwork, and communication. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Commercial orientation and product sensitivity. * Organization, management, and planning skills. * Adaptability—energy and agility. **Internal profiles deadline:** **10/07/2026** **YOUR BENEFITS:** * As part of the MANGO team, you’ll enjoy a discount across all our lines—so you’re always up to date! * You’ll have access to My Mango Benefits, our benefits platform, where you can tailor your compensation to your lifestyle with tax advantages, plus access to a discount portal featuring numerous brands and services. * Flexible compensation package with tax advantages: medical insurance, training, and nursery program. * At MANGO, we invest in your personal and professional growth.
