Job Summary: We are seeking a Generative AI Engineer to design and deploy advanced solutions using language models and machine learning in high-impact projects. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a Generative AI Engineer to join a specialized technology team focused on designing and deploying advanced solutions based on language models and machine learning, contributing to high-impact projects for national and international clients. The role is based in the cities specified in this job posting and follows a hybrid work model: some days working from home and others in the office, where you can build meaningful synergies with your team. It is mandatory to reside in Spain and hold valid work authorization in Spain. Key Responsibilities: * Design, train, and evaluate Generative AI and Machine Learning models applied to real-world use cases, including NLP and Computer Vision. * Develop and integrate LLM-based solutions (e.g., GPT, Bard, LLaMA, or others) into enterprise products and platforms. * Implement model training, validation, and deployment pipelines using frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deploy AI models into production, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. Accountabilities: * Define technical architectures for large-scale Generative AI and language model solutions. * Lead end-to-end development of AI use cases—from problem analysis through production deployment. * Ensure adherence to MLOps best practices, including model versioning, monitoring, and continuous improvement. * Participate in technical decisions regarding model selection, frameworks, and cloud deployment environments. Mandatory Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of professional experience working with Generative AI technologies. * Minimum 3 years of experience applying Machine Learning to NLP and/or Computer Vision. * Professional experience using Large Language Models (LLMs), such as GPT, Bard, or LLaMA. * Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing and training models using TensorFlow and/or PyTorch. * Experience deploying AI models in production environments. * University degree: Bachelor’s or Licentiate in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields. Desirable Qualifications: * Experience using scikit-learn in Machine Learning projects. * Experience implementing AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. * Prior experience launching LLM-based or Generative AI-powered products.
