Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager or Systems Coordinator to coordinate with clients and Devoteam’s technical pillars, managing systems, infrastructure, and Cloud solutions. Devoteam has been awarded Partner of the Year 2021 by all five major cloud leaders: **AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.** \#CreativeTechnologyForBetterChange We seek a Project Manager or Systems Coordinator whose mission will be to coordinate between the client and Devoteam’s other technical pillars (e.g., Cybersecurity) and perform Systems & Infrastructure & Cloud administration tasks. * **Main Tasks and Responsibilities:** o SPOC (Single Point of Contact): the individual will serve as the point of contact for client IT requests: § Responsible for executing tasks related to Systems & Infrastructure & Cloud administration, with support available from DVT’s technical pillars. § Assign specialized requests to DVT’s technical teams. § Responsible for tracking all requests. § Preparation of activity reporting. o Ensure quality of deployed services. o Liaison with clients and DVT’s various technical teams. **Location:** Primarily remote, but recurrently: once per week, once every two weeks, or once per month (as agreed with the client), involving one-day travel to our Alicante office. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 (including a one-hour lunch break) **Minimum Experience:** * 5 years in a similar role as Infrastructure and Systems Administrator. * 3 years as a technical coordinator. **Languages:** * Spanish * English: full professional proficiency. Minimum level C1. All service delivery will be conducted in English: ticketing activities, reporting, follow-up meetings with “global” stakeholders, etc. * **Minimum Education:** Higher Vocational Training Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or equivalent; or University Bachelor’s Degree. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Training / certification in Project Management: PMP, PMI Project Management, or equivalent. * Training / Certification in Agile methodologies: SCRUM Master, Product Owner, Lean IT, Kanban. * **Knowledge and Experience in:** o Experience with Microsoft solutions. o Knowledge of UNIX, LINUX, and WINDOWS systems and servers. o Knowledge of cloud architecture design (AWS, Google, Microsoft) or hybrid solutions. Azure preferred. o Experience creating Information Systems infrastructures on MS Azure and/or migrating On-Premise infrastructures/components to MS Azure. o Azure Infrastructure administration. o Windows Server 2016/2019. o Microsoft AD / Azure AD. o Microsoft O365. o IT Infrastructure on Azure. o Azure App Services, SQL, VMs, App Registration. o Microsoft SQL databases. o PowerShell scripting (Intermediate level). o BI / Power BI infrastructure. o FTP / FTPS / SFTP infrastructure. o Agile methodology. o Ticketing tools: ServiceNow, JIRA…
