We are looking for a part-time TASOC at our Casaverde Elche Center. The role of the Sociocultural Animation Technician is to energize and contribute to planning the center’s social and cultural activities. Ensure residents are integrated and satisfied, remain active, and thereby maintain or improve their quality of life. Responsibilities: Understand, propose, and implement cultural intervention processes across management and educational dimensions. Establish connections between cultural and educational domains and social and economic processes. Access information sources and procedures to obtain necessary resources and launch cultural initiatives. Coordinate with professionals of diverse qualifications when designing and implementing cultural intervention strategies. Execute and budget various projects and programs, as well as prepare relevant reports and evaluations. Develop and implement specific programs and projects. Foster residents’ holistic development through playful-educational activities. Design and implement diverse individual and/or group animation techniques that engage residents in leisure-time activities, thus promoting their integration and group development. Motivate residents regarding the importance of their participation to achieve integration and foster positive relationships with their environment. Assume responsibility for any incidents arising during any tasks performed by oneself or by sociocultural animators. Attend periodic meetings with other team members, as well as with managers of the various centers where sociocultural animation activities take place. Coordinate volunteer and trainee sociocultural animators. Deliver teaching sessions, talks, and presentations related to this professional category. Participate in the general activity plans and budgets of the various centers. Coordinate working groups, activities, and budgets for sociocultural animation. Report observed incidents or anomalies in the performance of duties to one’s immediate supervisor. In general, perform any other non-specified activities requested in accordance with one’s academic qualifications and profession. **Requirements:** --------------- Education: Higher Vocational Training Degree in Sociocultural Animation Technician Desirable: Language fluency – English B2 or higher Minimum 6 months’ experience in a similar position
