Description
A university degree in Social Education is required, and at least one year of relevant experience in similar roles is highly valued. Intermediate-level office software proficiency is also desirable, as well as training in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL), quality management, environmental management, family mediation, and conflict resolution. Responsibilities include organizing and managing socio-educational projects, conducting community interventions, integrating available resources, evaluating programs and strategies, managing participation processes, and implementing PRL, quality, and environmental management procedures. Reporting duties are also included. A full-time schedule of 40 hours per week is offered, with rotating morning or afternoon shifts from Monday to Sunday according to the assigned work roster, plus statutory rest days. The contract is temporary, lasting one month to cover vacation periods.
