Customer Service: You will be the friendly face of the service station, identifying each customer’s needs and delivering the best possible experience. Advisory & Promotion: You will introduce the benefits of our loyalty card, ensuring every customer maximizes its advantages. ️ Active Selling: You will promote products, services, and promotions, adding value and helping customers discover new options. Opening & Closing Procedures: You will ensure everything is ready for the start and end of your shift, following established procedures. Cash Handling: We will train you to process cash and card payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth payment experience. Stock Replenishment & Labelling: You will keep products well-organized, replenishing and labelling them according to company standards. Maintenance & Cleaning: You will maintain the station’s image by keeping the shop and forecourt spotless during your shift for an enjoyable customer experience. ️ Safety First: We will train you on our Safety Procedures and Measures so you can apply them rigorously, demonstrating responsibility and discipline in every daily task at the station. WHAT DO WE OFFER? Temporary contract. Full-time Schedule: Maximize your working hours with stable, well-structured employment. Rotating Shifts: Alternate between Morning and Afternoon shifts, allowing you to organize your time and enjoy greater flexibility. Your rest days will be consecutive to recharge your energy! Residence in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda or neighboring municipalities. #### **Desirable Requirements** Basic or higher education (EGB \- ESO, Baccalaureate, Medium/Senior Vocational Training). ️ Food Handler’s Certificate. Additional training in sales or commercial areas. * ️ Basic knowledge of occupational risk prevention and safety. Data Protection Training. Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
