Data-driven continuous improvement At Grupo El Castillo, we are launching a selection process for a Data Analyst (Junior) at our headquarters in San Vicente del Raspeig (Alicante). Would you like to join our team? The primary mission will be to transform the Group's financial and operational data into strategic information. This role will be essential in automating reporting, developing dynamic dashboards, and delivering accurate analyses to support decision-making, ensuring the efficiency and sustainability of the centers and services managed by the organization. Your responsibilities would include, among others: * Collecting, cleaning, and processing financial data from various group companies and centers. * Preparing, analyzing, and maintaining periodic reports on quality, productivity, and operational performance across the Group. * Analyzing data from different systems to identify patterns, deviations, risks, and opportunities for improvement in daily operations. * Contributing to the continuous improvement of internal procedures by providing an objective, data-based perspective. * Supporting automation, digitalization, and artificial intelligence initiatives. * Business Intelligence: Designing and maintaining dashboards and monitoring tools to facilitate information visualization. **Competencies:** * Analytical ability. * Results orientation. * Rigor and precision. * Planning and organizational skills. * Strategic vision. * Confidentiality and professional ethics. **Requirements:** * University degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum one year of experience in similar roles. * Solid knowledge and demonstrable experience using Power BI. * Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables). * Ability to work with large volumes of data and diverse information sources. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in data analysis or management control. * Master’s or postgraduate degree in Data Analytics or Big Data. * Knowledge of SQL or programming languages applied to data (Python/R). * Prior experience with ERP systems (preferably Business Central). * Ability to automate reports and develop dynamic dashboards. * Knowledge of data processing, modeling, and visualization. * Experience integrating and leveraging large volumes of financial and operational data. * Ability to transform complex data into strategic information for senior management. **We Offer:** * Permanent contract. * Full-time position. * Positive work environment. *At GRUPO EL CASTILLO, diversity, equity, and inclusion are essential pillars of our daily operations, and we are committed to fostering workplaces where individuals are treated with respect and dignity.* *Our selection processes adhere to the principle of equal opportunity and non-discrimination, ensuring no discrimination based on gender, race, ideology, religion, sexual orientation, or any other personal, physical, or social condition.* JOIN GC!
