From design to assembly, we fully engage in all types of building and civil engineering projects, advising you with our extensive industry experience. We play an essential role in constructing a better environment through our concrete precast solutions. We are seeking to hire an Operator to join our production team. The selected candidate will perform tasks related to material handling, loading, unloading, and storage, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards. **WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?** Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Operating heavy-duty forklifts (8-ton capacity). * Handling and storing loads at height, including horizontal material movement up to 12 meters. * Supporting production and logistics operations at the facility. * Performing basic controls using office software tools. * Adhering to safety, quality, and occupational risk prevention regulations. * Collaborating with the rest of the team to ensure daily production and dispatch schedules are met. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * An excellent opportunity for professional growth within a company that is a leader in the construction sector and upholds strong ethical values. * A highly positive working atmosphere, camaraderie, and teamwork. * Continuous training provided by the company. * Compensation aligned with experience, knowledge, and values contributed. * Pension plan. **Requirements** -------------- We seek a candidate meeting the following requirements: * Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. * Compulsory Secondary Education; other non-regulated courses and training; other degrees, certifications, and licenses.
