This is a highly dynamic position combining office-based work with participation in activities and workshops held across various municipalities in the province of Alicante. We are looking for an organized, solution-oriented, and proactive individual capable of thriving in an environment where new challenges may arise daily. If you enjoy designing projects, coordinating teams, proposing ideas, and wish to contribute to generating a positive societal impact, we would love to meet you. **Main Responsibilities** * Design, planning, and drafting of social projects and technical reports. * Administrative and documentary management of subsidized projects. * Preparation, monitoring, and justification of grants. * Coordination and monitoring of professional teams involved in projects. * Organization and planning of activities and workshops. * Coordination with public administrations, educational centers, and collaborating entities. * Project evaluation and monitoring using indicators and quality tools. * Support in delivering workshops and activities implemented by the organization. **Offered** * Indefinite-term contract (with probationary period). * Initial part-time incorporation, progressively expanding to full-time. * Varied work combining technical office tasks with on-the-ground intervention. * Integration into a close-knit, committed team offering professional development opportunities. If you enjoy designing projects, coordinating teams, proposing ideas, and wish to contribute to generating a positive societal impact, we would love to meet you. **Profile:** * Qualification related to the social field (Social Education, Social Work, Social Psychology, Social Integration, or similar degrees). * Experience in the social or community sector. * Experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating social projects. * Experience in grant management and justification (particularly valued). * Strong organizational, planning, and priority management skills. * Proficient use of computer tools and Microsoft Office suite (especially Word and Excel). * Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changes and unforeseen circumstances. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. * Availability for travel within the province of Alicante. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with third-sector organizations. * Knowledge of gender equality, childhood, youth, families, social inclusion, or other areas of social intervention. * Experience coordinating teams. * Graphic design skills (Canva or similar) and ability to develop educational materials. * Initiative, creativity, and commitment to continuous improvement. **Competencies:** Problem analysis and resolution, Initiative and autonomy, Flexibility, Ability to lead initiatives, Organization and planning, Technical and personal reliability, Interpersonal communication, Teamwork, Negotiation skills **Level:** Employee **Contract Type:** Part-time **Duration:** Indefinite **Salary:** Between €12,000 and €18,000 gross/year **Minimum Education:** Higher Vocational Training Cycle **Minimum Experience:** At least 1 year **Start Date:** 03/08/2026 **Number of Vacancies:** 1
