**Receptionist – El Plantío Golf Resort (Alicante)** **Location**: Alicante **Contract type**: Full-time, rotating shifts, permanent contract **Salary**: As per collective agreement At **El Plantío Golf Resort**, a leading hotel in the province of Alicante, we are seeking to incorporate a **Receptionist** into our team — someone with a strong service orientation and a passion for hospitality. Main responsibilities: * Face-to-face, telephone, and email customer service. * Check-in and check-out. * Reservation and payment management. * Incident resolution and support to other departments when required. * Ensuring an excellent customer experience from arrival to departure. Requirements: * **English proficiency mandatory** (spoken and written). * A **third language** is considered a plus. * **Minimum 2 years’ experience** as a receptionist in hotels. * Education in **Tourism or Higher Vocational Training in Hospitality**. * Familiarity with job-specific IT tools (experience with PMS is valued).
