If you possess technical expertise and team management experience, and are motivated to participate in tailor-made lighting projects, we would like to meet you! Our client is a benchmark company headquartered in A Coruña, specializing in industrialized artisanal manufacturing and lighting consultancy for large-scale projects in the Contract & Retail sectors (hotels and international chains). Its key differentiator is its ability to deliver customized designs and bespoke solutions worldwide. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage the technical team to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects * Coordinate and monitor custom products: review technical documentation and process quotations and orders for the manufacturing of special luminaires * Supervise budgets and bills of materials, as well as analyze final project costs and margins * Lead periodic project kickoff and progress review meetings * Maintain continuous communication with the commercial team and clients regarding project and order status * Propose process improvements and automation opportunities * Define and track KPIs ### **Candidate Profile:** * Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Industrial Design, or Interior Design * Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management, including at least 2 years managing teams * Organized, methodical, and solution-oriented individual, capable of working under pressure * Strong communication and leadership skills * Ability to collaborate and coordinate across departments * Resident in A Coruña or available for on-site work * Knowledge of electrical and lighting components or materials used in luminaire manufacturing is desirable ### **What We Offer:** * Join a solid and growing company within the lighting sector * Participation in high-level technical projects * Professional stability and medium- to long-term career development * Compensation and benefits commensurate with experience and responsibilities * A dynamic, creative, and competitive work environment * A collaborative workplace where your ideas and proposals will be valued for continuous improvement If challenges and a dynamic work environment motivate you, we would like to meet you!
