Positive work environment and direct coordination with technical teams. **Estimates and Budgeting Technician – (Residential Construction)** A construction company specializing in residential building is looking to hire an **Estimates and Budgeting Technician** to strengthen its technical department and participate in the analysis, planning, and economic preparation of public and private construction projects. We seek a candidate with strong analytical ability, cost orientation, and practical knowledge of construction execution. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Technical and economic analysis of construction projects. * Review of tender documents, drawings, specifications, and quantity take-offs. * Preparation of budgets and bids for public and private tenders. * Calculation of direct and indirect costs and unit prices. * Requesting, comparing, and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors. * Preparation of economic comparisons and optimization proposals. * Coordination with construction, production, and technical management departments. * Monitoring budget vs. actual execution variances. * Supporting site managers in certifications and modifications. **Requirements** * Technical education: Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent. * Prior experience in estimating, budgeting, or economic control within construction. * Experience in residential construction is desirable. * Proficiency in Presto, Excel, and reading construction drawings. * Strong organizational, analytical, and teamwork skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in public tenders. * Knowledge of planning and cost control. * Prior experience in production or on-site construction. **What does the company offer?** * Employment with a stable and growing company. * Participation in residential construction projects. * Job stability and professional development. * Positive work environment and direct coordination with technical and construction teams. * Competitive remuneration commensurate with experience and value added.
