We are looking for a: Talent Technician for our offices in Chantada What will your responsibilities be? Assist in designing, implementing, and monitoring performance evaluation processes, contributing to continuous improvement of organizational performance. Contribute to designing various HR Development policies, projects, and programs. Provide support and advisory services on development and talent matters to other internal departments. Coordinate with other internal teams and departments to identify diverse needs ### **Requirements** What are we looking for? University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. A Master’s degree in Human Resources will be considered an asset. One year of experience in Talent Management and Development. Knowledge of SuccessFactors and experience in Excel data analysis will be valued. ### **What We Offer** What do we offer?
