Customer Service and Operations **Alicantíssima SRL** is seeking a responsible, dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal skills to join our team in Alicante. We are a space dedicated to luggage storage and traveler assistance, located in the center of Alicante \- Explanada. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people from diverse nationalities and feels comfortable in an active, organized, and customer-oriented environment. Main responsibilities * Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Manage online reservations. * Perform customer check-in and check-out. * Collect payments for services in cash or by card. * Organize and monitor stored luggage. * Prepare and maintain restrooms and the relaxation area in good condition. * Respond to in-person, telephone, and online inquiries. * Update reservations and schedules in our internal system. * Resolve minor daily incidents. * Keep the premises clean, tidy, and ready to welcome customers. Candidate profile * Responsible, highly punctual, and organized individual. * Professional appearance and excellent communication skills. * Positive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused attitude. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Comfortable using computers, mobile devices, and management applications. * High proficiency in both Spanish and English. * Additional languages—especially Polish, Italian, or German—are valued. * Prior experience in tourism, reception, hospitality, customer service, or retail is preferred but not mandatory. Terms * Position: Customer Service and Operations. * Location: Center of Alicante \- Explanada. * Employment type: Full-time. * Working hours: 9:00 \- 13:00, 15:00 \- 19:00, including some weekends. * Start date: Immediate. * Salary: €1,500.
