Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer or related professional to supervise, coordinate, and verify the execution of construction works, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. We are looking for someone like you to join our **\#RumboSacyr** and help us continue improving people's lives. **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** * **Supervise** the execution of civil works for the raising of the sludge pond, ensuring compliance with drawings and technical specifications. * **Coordinate and verify** on-site work performed by contractors and subcontractors. * Ensure compliance with occupational **safety and health standards** at the worksite. * Prepare **daily progress reports** and communicate potential issues or delays to the project manager. * Monitor and record the use of **materials and equipment** to prevent cost overruns and waste. * Ensure the project meets required **quality standards** and established deadlines. * **Coordinate** necessary quality inspections and tests during the construction process. * **Supervise** compliance with applicable environmental regulations regarding material handling and waste management on the project. * Guarantee compliance with applicable **safety and environmental regulations** for the project. * Preparation of **progress and quality control reports**. **We seek a candidate with the following requirements and competencies:** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field. * English level B2/C1. * Experience in sludge pond raising works, earthworks, waterproofing, and water-retaining structures. * Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations applicable to this type of work. * Proficiency in construction planning and management software (MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.). * Leadership and team management capabilities. * Ability to work under pressure and solve problems. * Excellent management and communication skills. * Willingness to work at the project location and during extended hours as required by project progress. **What We Offer:** * Personal and professional development through continuous training programs, internal and international mobility opportunities, volunteering, and healthy lifestyle initiatives. * The opportunity to be part of a dynamic work environment guided by three core principles: collaborative intelligence, excellence, and comprehensive social responsibility.
