Job Summary: We are seeking proactive and responsible maintenance personnel for the upkeep of hotel facilities and incident management, with diverse responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintenance and conservation of hotel facilities 2. Incident and fault management 3. Electrical work, masonry, painting, and plumbing We require maintenance staff for a hotel in the Elche area, Alicante. Duties include facility maintenance and conservation, as well as managing incidents and faults that may arise. Tasks will include electrical work, masonry, painting, plumbing, and other duties inherent to the position. This is a part-time position, totaling twenty-five hours per week, scheduled Monday through Friday during morning shifts, with approximate working hours from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, including legally mandated breaks. * We seek a responsible and proactive individual. * Minimum two years of experience in a similar role. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * Completion of compulsory secondary education (ESO). \-Relevant vocational training.
