Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable We are seeking personnel for boiled egg processing at a food company located in Asturias. Tasks include monitoring egg boiling processes by adjusting time and temperature to ensure product homogeneity; operating peeling equipment and manually sorting eggs requiring reinspection; verifying egg quality and appearance prior to packaging and labeling, in compliance with traceability requirements and regulatory standards. Quality controls are also performed at each stage, removing damaged or unsuitable eggs, and cleaning and disinfecting machinery and work areas according to hygiene protocols. In addition, production data are recorded, assistance is provided in loading and unloading trays, and basic machinery maintenance is carried out, with incidents reported promptly. Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and use of designated personal protective equipment are mandatory. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday, on rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, or night), with working hours between 06:00 and 06:00, respecting legally mandated rest periods. * Minimum 6 months of experience in a food company. * We seek a responsible and versatile individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO) or equivalent.
