Strategic planning with clients and technical directors. * Alicante Province (Spain) * On-site * Salary: Not available * Minimum experience: Over 10 years * Contract type: Permanent, full-time **Requirements** * **Minimum Education** + Technical Engineering – Technical Architect + Minimum 5 years of experience managing building construction projects valued at over €5 million + Extensive knowledge of CAD + Extensive knowledge of Presto and Microsoft Project **Responsibilities:** – Preliminary project studies, measurements, and improvement proposals. – Construction control and execution. – Technical-economic monitoring and control of projects. – Schedule and cost control during the execution phase. – Team management. – Planning with clients, technical directors, and property owners.
