At Cuplé and New Blanco, we are an expanding company seeking to hire a Multi-Store Area Assistant (MSAA) to support the management and development of our stores across various locations in Spain. **YOUR MISSION**: Be the eyes and hands of the area in-store. You will support operational supervision, ensuring each point of sale reflects our brand and is prepared to achieve and exceed its objectives. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Operational Management and Control: · Monitor and analyze store KPIs (sales, conversion rate, UPT, etc.). · Supervise and support store staff. · Certify and control visual merchandising and commercial implementation, ensuring compliance with brand standards. · Team Training and Development: · Train and motivate sales teams to enhance their skills and performance. · Prepare staff for new product launches, campaigns, and commercial initiatives. · Dynamism and Proactivity: · Execute in-store setups, seasonal collection changes, and spatial adaptations. · Implement commercial actions to boost sales and ensure excellence in customer service. · Full Availability: · Frequent travel across Spain to cover assigned stores; occasional support at franchises outside the region. **Essential Requirements**: · Prior experience in a similar role as MSAA, Store Manager with leadership potential, or Retail Supervisor. · Absolute availability to travel and stay away from home for most of the week. · Highly organized, methodical individual with strong organizational skills. · Proactive profile with initiative and ability to resolve on-site issues. · Skills in team training and motivation. · Solid knowledge of visual merchandising and commercial performance indicators (KPIs). · Analytical ability and results orientation. **We Offer:** · Employment with a solid and growing company. · Permanent contract according to collective agreement. · Company vehicle (or service car) and fuel card for business travel. · Competitive salary \+ performance-based bonus. · Real career development and professional growth plan.
