Glass Cutting and Assembly Operator in Workshop

Description

We are seeking a **Glass Cutting and Assembly Operator** for the workshop area within the Production Department. A well-organized, responsible, and meticulous individual with manual dexterity, precision in handling fragile materials, and a strong quality orientation. The selected candidate will be responsible for **cutting, preparing, and assembling glass** in windows, doors, and aluminum assemblies, following manufacturing specifications, order dimensions, and company-established quality criteria. **Main responsibilities:** * Prepare the workstation, materials, tools, and equipment required for glass cutting and assembly. * Measure, inspect, and prepare glass according to the dimensions, references, and specifications of each order. * Cut glass, float glass, or insulating glass units according to measurements indicated on drawings, manufacturing orders, or internal instructions. * Handle, transport, and place glass into windows, doors, sashes, frames, and other aluminum assemblies. * Assemble glass into windows and doors, correctly installing spacers, gaskets, rubber seals, glazing beads, auxiliary profiles, and fastening elements. * Assist in packaging, protecting, labeling, and preparing finished products for storage, dispatch, transportation to site, or subsequent installation. **What we expect from you:** * Prior experience as a glazier, in glass cutting, glazing, aluminum carpentry, window workshops, or similar sectors. * Basic knowledge of measurement, drawing interpretation, references, and manufacturing orders. * Proficiency in using tools and equipment specific to glass cutting, handling, and assembly. * Ability to perform precise, orderly work with attention to detail. **What we offer:** * Indefinite-term contract. * Full-time schedule with intensive working hours. * Integration into an industrial-sector company. * Stable position within the production area. * Initial training on company systems, procedures, and quality criteria. * Positive work environment and collaboration with a specialized technical team. * Competitive remuneration based on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
