Position Summary: We are looking for a Pattern Maker to join our design team to participate in the creation, development, and production follow-up of garments, ensuring quality and fit. We aim to incorporate a Pattern Maker into the Koala Bay design team. ##### **Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with designers to interpret sketches and understand design intent. * Produce technical drawings specifying measurements clearly, so suppliers have no ambiguity regarding how we measure garments. * Participate in product meetings, providing technical input at the prototype/sample/sales sample/confirmation sample stage. * Document design measurements in Excel, enabling simultaneous scaling calculations via formulas. * Measure garments and record any discrepancies to inform manufacturers of errors. * Define the size range. * Conduct fit sessions alongside designers and the Product Manager. * Ensure product quality at both pattern and fit levels. * Monitor production, including possible inspections at origin and destination. * Track manufacturing progress together with the Purchasing Manager. * Attend product meetings alongside commercial teams to provide technical validation. * Order tracking. * Distribute products to suppliers. * Quality inspections, defect identification, or incident handling. **Requirements** * Education related to pattern making and fashion. * Prior experience in pattern making and **solid knowledge of textile production processes** and manufacturing follow-up. * Advanced English (minimum B2\) **Competencies** * Fashion sensitivity * Attention to detail * Adaptability and flexibility * Self-control and stress tolerance * Creativity * Positive attitude
