We seek to incorporate an Assistant Manager into our team. **Job Mission** Be responsible for leading one of our stores, ensuring every space embodies the Koala Bay essence: * Leading and developing committed, results-oriented teams * Driving a close, thoughtful, and distinctive customer experience * Managing daily operations with focus on efficiency and excellence * Analyzing business performance to make decisions that boost sales * Connecting team, product, and brand culture **General Responsibilities** * Leadership, motivation, and management of the store team * Scheduling shifts, workloads, and staff rosters * Supervising customer experience and personalized service * Implementing and maintaining visual merchandising standards * Monitoring and analyzing KPIs (sales, conversion rate, units per transaction [UPT], transaction margin [TM], productivity) * Training, mentoring, and developing the team * Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations **Required Profile** * Experience as Assistant/Store Manager or Store Head in fashion retail * Experience managing teams and operational leadership * Sensitivity toward product, visual merchandising, and customer experience * Results orientation and analytical capability * Willingness to relocate geographically * English proficiency **Technical Competencies** * Knowledge and application of retail KPIs (TM, UPT, conversion rate, productivity) * Store operational planning * Team and shift management * Fashion industry knowledge (valued but not mandatory) **Personal Competencies** * Approachable leadership and ability to motivate teams * Clear results orientation * Dynamism and adaptability to changing environments * Communication skills * Proactivity and problem-solving ability **Conditions** * Join a real expansion project offering professional growth opportunities * A dynamic, creative, and customer-focused environment * A close-knit culture that values initiative and individual contribution * Compensation will be determined based on: + Relevant experience in the role + Technical competencies + Management responsibilities If you meet these criteria, we’re truly excited to meet you!
