




Position Summary: We are seeking an IT technician for on-site and telephone support, incident resolution, and software configuration in Elche/Elx. Key Highlights: 1. Remote assistance and incident resolution We are looking for an IT technician in Elche/Elx to provide both on-site and telephone user support. Responsibilities include resolving incidents, installing and configuring software on physical devices and virtual desktops (systems such as Linux, macOS, Windows, Microsoft Office, Acrobat Professional, and Trend Micro antivirus), and providing remote assistance. **Requirements:** High school diploma or equivalent; experience with cloning tools (Ghost); system freezing solutions (Deep Freeze); basic cybersecurity (malware removal, encryption, and backups); hardware repairs; ticketing system usage; knowledge of ITIL v4 and remote desktop tools (ISL Online, RustDesk, TeamViewer). Problem-solving orientation and collaborative work capability are highly valued. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:00–15:00, with one afternoon per week extended by two and a half hours.
