**2 Construction Site Manager positions** We are seeking two individuals to work as Construction Site Managers in Gijón (Asturias). Main responsibilities include conducting site layout surveys, coordinating subcontractors, and interpreting construction drawings. You will also be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process—from project commencement to handover to the client—and maintaining daily work reports and quantity measurements. Previous experience in similar roles as a Construction Site Manager is required, along with formal training as a Building Surveyor, Technical Architect, or Civil Engineer specializing in building construction. A valid Category B driving license is also mandatory. This is a full-time temporary employment contract for three months, with immediate start. Working hours are from 8:30 to 13:30 and from 14:30 to 17:30. Salary is determined according to the Collective Agreement for the Construction Sector of the Principality of Asturias.
