We are currently looking to hire a Maintenance Engineer in Asturias: **What will you do?** * Coordinate and supervise the proper execution of maintenance activities, ensuring appropriate allocation of material resources, machinery, and personnel, and monitor compliance with Occupational Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental measures. * Monitor the time-based planning of various maintenance contracts. * Ensure implementation and compliance with prevention and safety protocols in collaboration with the prevention technician, guaranteeing execution of the occupational health and safety plan. * Supervise the work team—including both direct company staff and subcontractors—to ensure achievement of objectives. * Collaborate with the Human Resources Department on potential staffing requests, disciplinary procedures, or any other actions involving this department. * Monitor supplier deliveries of materials and properly manage stockpiles to ensure adherence to project deadlines and quality standards, avoiding overstocking while maintaining project economic balance. * Provide support in projects or tasks requiring your involvement, ensuring their timely and high-quality execution.
