Drafting of official letters and technical reports **Number of Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental fields, seeks to hire 1 Architect to support data review in environmental assessment and integrated environmental authorization in Santiago de Compostela. **Workplace Location** -------------------- * Galicia Region Address: Santiago de Compostela **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Review of technical documentation and analysis of its compliance with current regulations, both regarding land use and territorial planning and environmental assessment. * Technical analysis of urban planning files subject to strategic environmental assessment procedures. * Drafting of official letters and technical reports. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any stage of the process supporting documents for the information provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits outlined in this job posting. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Architecture (MECES Level 3) (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) #### **Languages** * Galician, Minimum Level B2 (level will be verified during the selection process). ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Proficiency in office software (user level) * Valid Spanish driving license (Category B), currently in force * Experience using Geographic Information Systems (ArcGIS and/or QGIS) **Merit-Based Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Verifiable training in Geographic Information Systems, minimum 40 hours ### **Prior Experience** * 6 months to 5 years’ experience in territorial planning and urban planning (professional experience) * 6 months to 5 years’ experience performing duties related to one’s specialty and professional category within public administration or public-sector companies (professional experience) ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Additional education (degree, master’s, or postgraduate course) related to the position in the following areas: territorial planning and urbanism, environmental assessment, sustainable resource management, natural heritage, cultural heritage, energy efficiency, hydrological planning, waste management. **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract of approximately 8 months, with possible extension if applicable, respecting maximum duration limits established by current labor legislation for each contractual modality. Contract type and duration will depend on the hiring cause, project, and circumstances of the selected candidate(s).
