We are looking for someone who acts as the link between clients, internal teams, and suppliers—ensuring each project progresses orderly, with quality and success. **What will you do?** Your mission will be to ensure smooth project execution—from the client’s initial need through to final delivery. * Translate client needs into clear and realistic project plans. * Plan timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring they are met. * Coordinate resources, teams, and suppliers. * Identify growth opportunities within client accounts. * Manage projects using CRM and Asana. * Lead kickoff meetings and maintain fluent communication with the client. * Monitor deliveries, deadlines, and costs, proposing solutions when necessary. * Resolve incidents and manage changes agilely. * Identify improvements in processes, suppliers, and ways of working. That’s why we offer: * Permanent full-time contract. * Hybrid model with **3 days of remote work per week** (Monday, Wednesday, Friday). * Participation in innovative projects related to leadership, culture, talent, and learning. * Annual gross salary between **€30,000 and €36,000.** * Variable compensation of **€1,500.** A talented, curious, and highly motivated team eager to learn and enjoy working together. * **And you?** We’re looking for someone with: * **At least 2 years of experience** managing projects, preferably in training, communications, or content agencies. * Strong planning and organizational skills, attention to detail, and results orientation. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and suppliers. * Client orientation and active listening ability. * Regular use of artificial intelligence tools in daily work. * High-level English (**C1**) to operate confidently in international meetings, emails, and projects. **Bonus points if you have experience in:** * Leadership, culture, and talent projects in corporate environments. * Learning and training projects. * Internal communications.
