What is the E–Talent Program? It is our development program for young recent graduates who want to contribute, accelerate their talent, and participate in real-world projects that transform both our organization and society. To join the team, it is mandatory that you have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree within the last three years. ### **Responsibilities** * Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement. * Design, develop, and test AI-powered agents, assistants, and other solutions. * Analyze results, collect feedback, and iterate on implemented solutions. * Stay up-to-date with emerging tools and trends in artificial intelligence. * Collaborate on initiatives related to digital job roles and improving user experience through automation and productivity tools. **Requirements** -------------- ### **Minimum Education** * University degree: Computer Engineering or equivalent * Additional Training: Specialized training in Generative Artificial Intelligence, Microsoft Azure platform, and Microsoft O365 will be valued * Prior curricular internships involving solutions from leading vendors and state-of-the-art language models — such as Microsoft Copilot / Azure OpenAI, OpenAI (GPT), Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), etc. — are highly desirable * Knowledge of automation and low\-code tools: Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, scripting (Python, PowerShell), API usage, etc. * Familiarity with prompting, AI agents, RAG, and designing AI-assisted workflows * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Power BI * Experience with generative AI tools, and fluent handling of office applications and the digital workplace environment. ### **Skills** * Open-mindedness, curiosity, and innovation orientation (a key competency for this role) * Proactivity and initiative * Continuous learning and adaptability to change * Teamwork and collaboration * Rigor and responsibility in information handling.
