DESCRIPTION We are seeking a **Software Delivery Manager** to coordinate the delivery of cyberdefense software products in the fields of simulation and training. The selected candidate must combine management capability, technical judgment, and customer orientation. Deep specialization in all technologies is not required; however, a solid foundation enabling understanding of the software lifecycle and coordination of technical teams is essential. **Location:** Madrid, Arroyo area #### **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure deliveries meet customer requirements, expected quality levels, development best practices, and established methodology. * Participate in planning, monitoring, and controlling development, validation, integration, deployment, and evolutionary maintenance activities. * Identify risks, dependencies, deviations, and potential improvement actions. * Coordinate with architecture, analysis, development, quality, testing, and operations teams. * Facilitate implementation of solutions. * Guarantee traceability among requirements, deliverables, and outcomes. * Manage backlog, releases, reporting, and technical documentation. * Maintain appropriate communication with the customer. * Drive continuous improvement of the software development process. REQUIREMENTS * Experience in software project management. * Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies. * Backlog management and release planning. * Preparation of reporting and technical documentation. * Experience in customer relationship and coordination. * General knowledge of cybersecurity and DevSecOps. * Knowledge of continuous integration and software testing. * Familiarity with cloud or hybrid environments. * General knowledge of APIs, microservices, and containers. * Proficiency with tracking tools such as Jira or similar. #### **Competencies:** * Communication skills. * Operational leadership. * Cross-functional team coordination. * Problem-solving ability. * Customer orientation. * Planning and monitoring capability. * Continuous improvement orientation. #### **Other Valuable Aspects:** Prior experience in any of the following areas will be valued: * Defense. * Simulation and training. * Mission-critical systems. * Regulated environments.
