**Role Summary:** The **QRC assembler** will be responsible for the disassembly, cleaning, inspecting and reassembly during any repair process. Additionally, this position will provide instructions and execute parts repairs modification and assemble a variety of equipment/subassemblies/tooling and perform test requirements in the frame of the repair jobs. **You role:** * Carry out equipment dismantling, cleaning and inspection of equipment coming from customer premises, taking into consideration the returned good policy indications. * Advanced understanding of inspection equipment and procedures, their functions and uses to ensure that all parts and assemblies are within specifications, including the use of precision measuring tools, i.e. micrometers, vernier, etc. in a warehouse environment, as well as hand tools, i.e. hydraulic torque wrench and fire torch. * Requires the ability to use machining equipment to carry out simple parts repairs and adjustments and or assist machinists in repair work. * Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints and technical drawings, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. * Ensure all parts and components are clean prior to assembly and that assemblies are completed properly, following all assembly procedures. * Operate forklift to maintain raw material supply for the production line or to move products from warehouse to designated areas, prepare and package equipments / components for delivery. * Complete assemblies according to drawings, instructions, and work orders, performing testing when required. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues within assembly. Sign the assembly check lists and records after completing each step, ability to write routine reports and communicate clearly to peers, supervisors, and customers. * Complete daily production specifications logs as required by supervisor. * Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) on production line machinery. * Clean and maintain work area, turn off and lock out equipment when not in use. * Perform the job safely, perform high level of housekeeping, perform risk assessment, comply to SHEA policy and report policy violation and hazards. Follow all safety procedures, and wear required personal safety equipment. * Participate and contribute to process improvements activities within the facility * Other duties as assigned. **Your** **profile**: * Basic computer aptitude to use/learn data entry systems and to use Microsoft Office Package, Aftermarket portal (AMP portal). * Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as required on short notice. * Willing to travel to customer sites to perform field service activities up to 50% of his time, to support erection and commissioning, troubleshooting and other activities in the frame of the maintenance service contracts commitments. * Demonstrate behavior that promotes team building and continuous improvement. * Must be able to stand for long periods of time able to safely lift, up to, 50 lbs.
