A stable challenge with real impact on essential services and a strong focus on observability. **Conditions** * Contract: Permanent * Location: L'Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelona) * Work mode: On-site * Working hours: Standard 8:00–17:00 shift, with rotating shifts covering 7:00–18:00 * On-call duties: Night and weekend remote coverage (18:00–7:00) Salary: Based on experience: €27,000–€32,000 gross per annum. * **Your responsibilities** * Manage and operate corporate monitoring tools. * Configure, deploy, and maintain monitoring solutions for applications and services. * Ensure performance, availability, and scalability of the monitoring infrastructure. * Design and maintain dashboards, alerts, and thresholds. * Administer tools such as Grafana, ELK, CheckMK, OBM, JMeter, Videowall, and SAU. * Automate recurring tasks using Python scripting. * Monitor dashboards and probes to detect incidents and service degradations. * Perform root cause analysis of incidents and implement definitive solutions. * Log and document incidents, alerts, and actions in operational tools (Remedy). * Participate in shift handovers and crisis committees. * Coordinate with vendors and other technical teams until incident resolution. * Stay up-to-date with observability, APM, log management, and tracing trends. **Mandatory requirements** * +5 years’ experience operating and monitoring platforms in corporate environments. * Experience in high-availability and 24/7 operational environments. * Advanced proficiency in Grafana, ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), CheckMK, and OBM. * Experience with synthetic monitoring (JMeter). * Automation using Python. * Regular use of Jira, Confluence, and Remedy. * Version control with Git. * Basic knowledge of Windows Server. * **Advanced Catalan (mandatory).** * Ability to work under pressure and in critical environments. **Desirable** * Technical education: Higher Vocational Training in IT or Application Development (DAM). * Additional knowledge in observability, APM, or emerging monitoring tools. **What do we offer?** * Competitive salary based on experience * Permanent contract or option for freelance contract * 22 working days of vacation * Flexible compensation plan: Health insurance, childcare vouchers, transportation vouchers * Technology and soft skills training * Referral program: €500 for each recommended candidate who joins us **Digital Group** We are a team of over 100 technology professionals, offering you stable projects with leading national and international clients, developing solutions in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, Cybersecurity, etc. We commit to supporting you throughout every project phase—to ensure your professional growth with us and that your contribution truly matters.
