Ros Roca S.A., a company belonging to Terberg Environmental Holding BV, dedicated to the manufacturing and marketing of Waste Collection Equipment, due to the need to strengthen the Container After-Sales team, we are seeking to fill the following position: ### **Container Maintenance Services Manager** **Responsibilities** * Lead container maintenance, facilities, and related service activities. * Ensure compliance with customer and subcontractor contracts. * Guarantee operational efficiency, after-sales service quality, and area profitability. **️What will you do in this role?** * Container maintenance: planning and monitoring of services. * Sale of used containers: refurbishment, management of circular economy (through material recovery), and coordination with suppliers and customers. * Supervision of the workplace: legal compliance, coordination with subcontractors, and administrative management. * Operational management: team supervision, process documentation, and incident resolution. * Health, safety, and environment: application of regulations, risk communication, and control. **What are we looking for?** * University degree: preferably in Engineering or similar field. * Previous experience in team management within after-sales, maintenance, or technical service areas. * Additional training in Team Management and/or Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) is desirable. * Minimum English level B2 (First Certificate). * Proficiency in office software (Office Suite), especially Word and Excel. * Knowledge of Data Analysis tools (PowerBI).
