As a Store Manager, you will lead and inspire your team while demonstrating your own initiative to drive sales and customer satisfaction. TIMBERLAND is part of the VF Corporation family of companies. You take pride in coaching employees, watching them grow, and having fun together. * You have experience across all facets of store management, including budgeting and planning, retail operations, and visual merchandising. * You possess excellent oral and written communication skills in both Spanish and English. * Proficiency in the MS Office suite and various point-of-sale (POS) systems. * Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
