Our goal is to maximize safety and sustainability across our customers’ facilities. **What Will Be Your Role?** We are experiencing a unique, exceptional, and rapidly growing phase within our Industrial Refrigeration and HVAC teams. As part of our expansion process, we are selecting a **Junior Project Manager** to join our Engineering team. The selected candidate will be responsible for directing and managing key projects as part of a young, dynamic, and high-performing team, leading projects from inception to completion and ensuring that objectives are met on time, within budget, with appropriate resources, and to the agreed service quality standards with our clients. **What Will Be Your Responsibilities?** * Planning and monitoring of projects, collaborating on schedule, cost, and resource management under supervision from the senior Project Management team. * Coordinating project engineering operations and communicating with clients and suppliers. * Managing procurement and subcontracting of materials and services required for project execution. * Financial control of the project, including costs, budgets, and variances. * Participating in coordination of multidisciplinary teams (engineers, technicians, and contractors). * Conducting site visits to support supervision of refrigeration and HVAC system installation and commissioning. * Supervising compliance with safety and quality standards throughout various project phases. * Collaborating on commissioning of refrigeration and HVAC facilities. * Supervising and tracking assigned tasks to ensure quality and proper operational performance. * Identifying technical and financial risks, working with the team to mitigate them. * Managing supplementary quotations and scope changes, analyzing their impact on costs and schedules. * Closing projects, assisting in documenting results, lessons learned, and areas for improvement. **What Profile Do We Need?** ---------------------------- * Degree in **Industrial Engineering or Technical Engineering** (specialization in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields). * **Entry-level experience (0–2 years)** or internships in sectors such as refrigeration, HVAC, industrial installations, hydraulics, or related areas. * Interest in developing a career in **project management**. * The following will be considered advantageous: + Basic knowledge of **project management** (MS Project or similar tools). + Familiarity with technical environments and installations. + Initial knowledge of **databases (Access, Oracle WT, Oracle Fusion)**.
