




We are seeking an administrative assistant to join the logistics department of a company specialized in cold chain supply for refrigerated transport in Spain and Portugal. The offices are located in Sant Vicenç dels Horts, Barcelona. Main responsibilities include inventory management and control, as well as coordination of transportation and distribution logistics activities. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining smooth communication with suppliers and customers, managing documentation related to orders and invoices, and providing general support to other departments. This is a full-time position with a 40-hour weekly schedule distributed from Monday to Saturday on rotating shifts covering mornings, afternoons, and nights, including corresponding legal rest periods. * Previous experience performing tasks equal or similar to those described. * We are looking for a dynamic and responsible individual. * Living near the workplace is a plus. * Possession of a valid class B driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for commuting. * Availability to work night shifts. . A GM/GS qualification in logistics or similar is desirable.
