Payroll Technician - Personnel Administration

Reporting to the department management, we are seeking a colleague for the position of Payroll Technician at our central offices (Polígono Mas Blau; El Prat de Llobregat). **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Preparing employment contracts for new hires. * Managing registrations, cancellations, and modifications in Social Security affiliations. * Handling social insurance through Siltra. * Processing, payment, and accounting of payroll. * Compliance with IRPF regulations (Model 111). * Resolving labor-related inquiries (collective agreements and/or labor regulations) from stores. * Monthly reporting of department KPIs. **What do we offer?** * Indefinite contract * Intensive Friday schedule with 30% remote work * Flexible working hours * Fixed salary (€22,000 - €24,000) + variable (€1,200) based on achieved objectives * Possibility to join flexible compensation plan (Restaurant Ticket, Transport Ticket, Childcare Ticket, Medical Insurance) * A special detail on your birthday * Continuous training so you can keep growing with us At Conforama, we guarantee that our selection processes are free from discrimination based on nationality, ethnicity, gender, religious beliefs, or sexual orientation.
