Requirements We seek professionals with experience in face-to-face customer service and sales, with a minimum of 2 years in sales. Result orientation, target-driven selling, KPI monitoring, and personalized advisory capability are essential. Autonomous store management experience—including opening, closing, and cash handling—is highly valued. At least 1 year of experience in the sleep industry is desirable; direct experience in sleep or furniture sectors exceeding one year is preferred. Candidates with solid face-to-face sales experience and goal orientation in other commercial sectors—such as furniture, telecommunications, automotive, or home appliances—are also valued. \- Intermediate-level office software proficiency is preferred. \- Residence in Tarragona or surrounding areas.
