DESCRIPTION HR Technician – Abrera (Barcelona) At SYLO SL, we are looking to incorporate an HR Technician into our team at our delegation located in Abrera (Barcelona). Responsibilities * Management of personnel administration and labor relations. * Implementation of compensation mechanisms and internal policies. * Initiation of actions to improve workplace climate and employee satisfaction. * Personnel selection and recruitment. * Planning, organization, and development of staff. * Personnel monitoring and support in performance evaluation. * Coordination of employee training and development. * Initiatives for talent retention. Requirements * Education in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position. * Organizational, communication, and teamwork skills are valued. Offer * Permanent contract. * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00 (1 hour for lunch). * Positive work environment and a growing project.
