We are seeking a Social and Labor Insertion Technician.
Within the framework of the Entity’s People Services Area, we need to incorporate a Social and Labor Insertion Technician for the Pre-employment Service in Garraf. Task description: Carry out activities according to the pre-employment service project. Promote users’ self-confidence, decision-making capacity, and sense of responsibility. Monitor insertion processes. Monitor users during non-remunerated internships. Participate in organized visits and talks, as required. Accompany volunteers or students on internships. Conduct individualized tutoring, needs assessments, workplace accompaniment, and group sessions for users. Develop and manage individualized sociolaboral insertion itineraries. Provide continuous orientation, monitoring, and support to users throughout their sociolaboral insertion processes. Coordinate with the network of social agents to ensure proper monitoring of users during their sociolaboral insertion process. Vocational guidance activities and information about the labor market. Labor market prospecting and intermediation. Advisory services regarding job analysis and candidate profile matching. Referral to the standard labor market. Monitoring of labor market placements. Recording and updating of relevant databases. Participation in internal coordination meetings. Accompanying volunteers or students on internships. Identifying users’ training needs or requirements for additional resources and proposing improvement actions. Applying methodologies and best practices of accompaniment adapted to groups with mental health disorders and at risk of exclusion.
* Experience: 1 year. Minimum one-year experience in a similar position.
* Degree in Social Work

* Competencies / knowledge: University degree in Social Work or Occupational Therapy. Specific training in labor insertion. Training in mental health. Valuable: University degree in Social Education or Occupational Therapy. Training in mental health. Minimum one-year experience in a similar position. Driver’s license and personal vehicle. Workplace: Garraf. Salary: Annual gross salary of €25,500, distributed across 14 payments. Expected start date: October 2026
