Coordination with external agents to enhance capabilities. We are seeking a social educator for a Socioeducational Intervention Service in Castelldefels. The primary mission is to ensure comprehensive intervention with children, adolescents, and their families through management of the Individual and Family Educational Plan (PEIF), group facilitation, and coordination with external agents to enhance capabilities and reduce deficits. Responsibilities include annual activity planning, preparation of technical documentation, coordination with social services and educational centers, case follow-up, leading children's groups, academic support, attention to diversity, and direct work with families to foster their involvement, strengthen parenting competencies, and promote healthy habits related to hygiene, nutrition, and rest. The contract is permanent, with a part-time schedule from Monday to Friday in the afternoon (primarily from 11:15 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with variations). Remuneration, according to the collective agreement, is EUR 1\.440 gross per month in 14 installments. Requirements include a degree in Social Education, at least one year of experience working with families and minors, a certificate exempting the candidate from offenses against minors, and availability for the specified schedule.
