We are currently seeking a **dynamic and committed individual** to join us as **Warehouse Manager**. If you are passionate about logistics, teamwork, and wish to grow within a project with strong **social impact**, we are looking for you!
Main responsibilities
* Receiving, verifying, and registering goods.
* Proper storage of products following criteria of order, safety, and traceability.
* Preparing orders and distributing products.
* Stock control and conducting periodic inventories.
* Maintaining warehouse order, cleanliness, and signage.
* Manual or mechanical unloading of goods.
* Classifying, labelling, and locating products.
* Packaging, palletizing, and securing goods.
* Identifying and reporting incidents (damaged goods, stock errors, shortages).
* Recording entries and exits in computerized systems or control sheets.
* Compliance with occupational risk prevention regulations and correct use of PPE.
* Proper use of tools and equipment (pallet trucks, trolleys, computer systems, etc.).
**Requirements**
* **Minimum qualification:** Baccalaureate or Vocational Training (FP), preferably in Logistics or related fields.
* **Minimum experience:** 1 year in a similar role within warehouse or logistics areas.
* **Computer skills:**
+ Use of **ERP** (A3\) software for stock and logistics process management.
+ Proficiency in **Office** tools for data recording and analysis.
* **Additional training:**
+ Valid **forklift operator license.**
+ Course in **logistics or warehouse management.**
* **Key competencies:**
+ **Organizational ability and attention to detail:** Ability to plan and organize daily warehouse tasks, ensuring correct product placement, stock control, and documentation tracking, minimizing errors and incidents.
+ **Responsibility and autonomy in assigned tasks:** Capacity to assume role-specific duties with sound judgment and commitment, managing tasks independently while meeting deadlines and established standards.
+ **Teamwork and effective communication with the coordination team:** Willingness to collaborate with other professionals, maintaining clear and fluent communication with the coordination team to ensure smooth daily operations.
+ **Commitment to the organization’s social and inclusive values:** Sensitivity and engagement with the organization’s social mission, promoting a respectful, inclusive workplace aligned with values of equal opportunity and labour insertion.
