Committed to excellence, innovation, and the development of large-scale projects, we value the talent and effort of our team, fostering a collaborative work environment and professional growth. **Your Role:** As a Site Technician, your primary mission will be to support the Site Manager in the comprehensive technical management of services at the Polígono Sur industrial estate. You will play a key role in optimizing human resources and efficiently planning projects. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Technical Management Support:** Actively collaborate with the Site Manager across all aspects of technical service management assigned to the Polígono Sur industrial estate. * **Staff Allocation:** Strategically assign personnel to ongoing projects, ensuring optimal coverage of requirements. * **Needs Analysis:** Conduct detailed and proactive analysis of staffing needs for each project, identifying potential shortages or specific requirements. * **Planning and Coordination:** Effectively plan and coordinate the onboarding of new staff into projects, ensuring smooth transitions and successful integration. * **Project Monitoring:** Monitor progress of assigned technical tasks, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions. * **Technical Documentation:** Collaborate in preparing and archiving relevant technical documentation for projects. * **Communication:** Maintain fluent and effective communication with the site team, suppliers, and other involved departments. **What We Offer:** * Joining a solid and continuously growing company. * Opportunity for professional development and ongoing training \- Career Path: Our goal is to train Site Technicians to advance to Site Manager positions. * Participation in challenging and innovative projects. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment. REQUIREMENTS **What Are We Looking For?** * **Education:** Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related degree. Junior engineering experience will be considered favorably. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in construction or technical project management. * **Skills:** * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Planning and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proactivity and results orientation. * Strong interpersonal communication skills. * Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Project management software knowledge will be considered an advantage.
