STORE QUALITY TECHNICIAN We are looking for a person who can help us ensure that all products reaching our customers meet the highest standards of safety and current regulations. Below, we outline the **main functions and responsibilities** we carry out to guarantee consumer trust and excellence in every store. **What will you do?** * Conduct audits and monitor compliance with the HACCP system and food safety procedures in stores, departments, and external corners, to ensure adherence to current regulations and guarantee product safety for consumers. * Collaborate on external inspections conducted by competent authorities and develop the corresponding action plan to comply with regulations. * Collaborate on updating the documentation of the HACCP system, translating regulatory changes into operational instructions for stores and ensuring their implementation through the corresponding audits. * Deliver and update training for store staff responsible for implementing improvements in food safety, aiming to guarantee knowledge of and correct compliance with established procedures. * Communicate key quality and food safety information to store staff during audits, providing practical training and direct support to ensure correct application of established procedures. * Collaborate with other teams and departments to stay updated on regulatory and operational changes that may impact quality and food safety management in stores, ensuring their correct implementation. * Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to optimizing internal processes within the quality team. * Assume tasks deemed appropriate within the area to guarantee proper functioning, as well as participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives to professionalize your own role and that of the Group. **What do we expect from you?** * Vocational Training Qualification (CFGM or CFGS) in Quality Analysis and Control or similar (FPI) * Prior experience in a similar role within the Retail sector is valued. * Knowledge of food safety (HACCP) and training in specific certifications (BRC, IFS, etc.). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Valid driver’s license. **What do we offer you?** * Join a young, dynamic, and innovative team in a stimulating work environment with responsible autonomy. * Compensation based on experience and value contributed. * Permanent contract and immediate incorporation. * Workplace located in Barcelona. *Do you want to join our team?*
