We are looking for a person with a technical profile, technical knowledge in gardening, and who has an interest in the world of quality and new product development for gardening in the field of soils and substrates. Your objective will be to assist the Quality and R\+D\+I manager in the following areas: * Data collection for quality control. * Laboratory testing tasks. * Assisting in the development of new products at the test plot. * Preparation of reports. Functions and responsibilities * Support laboratory work in the Quality and R\+D department. * Perform tasks following instructions from the Quality and R\+D department. * Collaboration in tests, basic controls, and data handling. * Recording results and data in Word and Excel. * Preparation of periodic reports for the Quality department. * Recovery of the research plot for trials with soils and substrates for potential clients. * Support in restoration and preparation tasks of the plot. * Tracking progress and coordination with the technical team. * Conducting tests with substrates and gardening soils manufactured by the company. * Collaboration in the evaluation of results and documentation thereof. * Support in preparing samples and technical presentations for potential clients. REQUIREMENTS Required education: \- Intermediate or advanced vocational training (CFGM or CFGS) in gardening or landscaping. \- Degree in Agricultural Engineering, landscaping, or similar. Required knowledge: \- Knowledge in gardening or landscaping. \- Computer skills: o Office suite. \- Languages: o Catalan o Spanish o English highly desirable. \- Valid driver's license.
