We are looking for a candidate with a Higher Education Degree or University qualification in Psychology, Labor Relations and/or HR. Minimum one year of experience performing tasks such as contract management, social security administration, payroll processing, invoicing, sick leave management (medical certificates), and other typical departmental responsibilities. Moreover, your primary responsibility will be anticipating our clients’ needs. Your mission will be to match candidates with companies. This includes publishing job offers, screening CVs, conducting telephone, digital, and face-to-face interviews, preparing reports, and follow-up. In addition to specializing as an HR Technician, it is important that you enjoy daily interaction with clients, advising them and fostering long-term relationships. **WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?** Passion for human resources and minimum one year of experience in a similar position. Higher Education Degree or University qualification; preference given to degrees in Labor Relations, Psychology, or Law. Customer- and service-oriented individual. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Availability to work on-site from Monday to Thursday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Immediate availability to start.
