




Position Summary: Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities in designated areas of the Resort, managing projects, operations, and teams to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and management of preventive and corrective maintenance at a resort. 2. Project development and operational maintenance management functions. 3. Team coordination and compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities both indoors and outdoors in designated Resort areas. Project development functions. * Supervise preventive activities in accordance with occupational health and safety regulations during the execution of work and implementation of preventive measures by external contractors providing maintenance services. * Prepare service specifications and definitions for tender requests and subsequently analyze them for awarding potential improvement works. * Prepare progress reports on managed processes. Operational functions. * Responsible for tracking and executing Maintenance Notices generated by departments under their responsibility. * Escalate to the Building Maintenance Manager those Maintenance Notices that cannot be resolved using assigned resources and require external support. * Monitor compliance with scheduled working hours and shift assignments for personnel employed by external contractors. * Manage operational tasks required to set up all necessary elements for hosting various events, based on predefined cost budgets. * Ensure proper execution of work, guaranteeing rational use of resources and effective coordination with Company activities. * Collaborate in developing and administering information databases for the department: authorizations, inspections, certifications, energy consumption, material and equipment inventories, analytics, etc. * Prepare progress reports on managed processes. * Manage, coordinate, and supervise the team under their responsibility; ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and propose improvements in this area. Requirements Education: * Degree in Architecture, Degree in Engineering, or Vocational Training Certificate (CGFS) in Building and Civil Works; vocational training (CFGS or FP II) in Construction Project Development, Electronics, or Electricity, or equivalent qualifications. * Knowledge of computerized Facility Management Systems. * Basic Occupational Health and Safety Training. * Computer skills: Office, AutoCAD, Project. * Proficiency in spoken and written English. Experience: Required: * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
